[About purchase restrictions for each item]
In order to purchase as many customers as possible, we will set a purchase limit.
The maximum number that can be purchased in one transaction is as follows. Please note.

・ Bigeast member limited item: 1 item
・ Venue-limited items: 1 item
・ Emperor brooch (10 types / with stickers): 10
* The maximum number may change depending on the situation.

[About using a credit card at the venue]
Not available for all performances. (Bigeast goods exclusive sales area is not allowed)
 
[About goods sales at the venue]
・ In order to alleviate congestion, the venue will pre-sell goods before opening.
・ Even if there is no ticket, it can be used, but there may be restrictions due to space limitations.
・ Please also use Bigeast Official Shop and mu-mo SHOP.
・ Purchase restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation, as many customers can purchase the product alone. Please note.
・ Please refrain from waiting in the line (entering sideways) as this may cause trouble for other customers. We cannot be held responsible for troubles between customers.
 
■ Bigeast limited goods
・ Purchase is limited to 1 item per item per Bigeast member.
・ The quantity that can be sold on each performance day is limited. Please note that it will end as soon as it is gone.
・ We perform authentication using IC function of member's card. If you have forgotten your membership card, please download and present a digital membership card from the Bigeast fan club site. If you do not have a membership card or digital membership card, you will not be able to purchase fan club goods at the venue. Please use Bigeast Official Shop.
・ Please note that you cannot purchase an expiration date.
・ Customers who have been enrolled and continued at the venue will be required to present an enrollment receipt and a continuation receipt.
 
■ About digital membership card
・ To display your digital membership card, you will need your membership number and password registered at Bigeast.
・ Please note that you cannot respond to forget your membership number or password at the venue on the day.
In addition, you cannot use the login screen, registration completion mail, mail magazine, etc. at all.
 
■ Please note
・ All products are limited in quantity that can be sold on each performance day. Please note that it will end as soon as it is gone.
・ Please confirm the product, size, quantity and change you have purchased on the spot.
-Please note that we cannot respond to complaints, declarations, or inquiries at a later date after leaving the sales floor in any case.
・ Because we cannot do defective exchange of product which did not obey instruction manual at all, we hope that you always use product instruction manual after confirmation.
