[FAQ] Regarding upgrade seats for the arena performance of "CHAN GMIN from TOHOSHINKI CONCERT TOUR ~The First Dining~"

Q. What is an "Upgrade Seat"?
These are special seats with guaranteed arena seats.
Only members who have won and paid for "All seats reserved seats (with visitor benefits)" or "All seats reserved seats" in Bigeast Fastest Ticket Pre-sale can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots to "Upgrade Seats" at a later date.

Q. How much does an "upgrade seat" cost?
A. The "Upgrade Seat (with visitor benefits)" is 20,900 yen (tax included), and the "Upgrade Seat" is 19,800 yen (tax included).
If you are upgrading from "All seats reserved (with visitor benefits)" or "All seats reserved," and you apply and win the upgrade by drawing lots, you will be charged the difference of 5,000 yen (tax included) per ticket. Please note that the only payment method for the upgrade by drawing lots is credit card.
Details such as how to apply for the upgrade by drawing lots will be announced at a later date.
 
Q. When can I apply for an "upgrade seat" from a reserved seat?
A. As soon as the details are decided, they will be announced on TOHOSHINKI official website and TOHOSHINKI Official Fan Club site.
The by drawing lots upgrades, which will be announced in the future, will be open to those who are members at the end of the application period, so please do not forget to apply if your membership renewal period is about to end. Please note that if your membership has expired, you will not be eligible for by drawing lots even if you re-enroll.
 
Q. I'm not a Bigeast member, but can I apply for the "Upgrade Seat"?
A. Only Bigeast members who have won and paid for "All seats reserved (with visitor benefits)" or "All seats reserved" through Bigeast fastest ticket pre-sale can apply for "Upgrade Seats" at a later date.
If you wish to upgrade, please apply for "All seats reserved (with visitor benefits)" or "All seats reserved" through Bigeast Fastest Ticket Pre-sale.
However, accompanying persons do not need to be Bigeast members.
Even if your accompanying person is not a Bigeast member, as long as you are a Bigeast member, you can apply for the upgrade by drawing lots for your accompanying non-member person as well.
 
If you are selected for an upgraded seat, you must be a valid member at the time of ticket issuance for each performance in order to enter. *Accompanying persons can enter even if they are not members, but tickets can only be distributed after the representative (member) has issued their ticket.
If your membership is due to expire by the time tickets for each performance are issued, please be sure to complete the renewal procedure (purchase a membership = make a payment).
*You can purchase a "continuation" membership up to 30 days after the expiration date.
If you forget to renew your membership and end up cancelling your membership, you will need to re-enroll and obtain a new membership number. Please note that if you do not re-enroll or obtain a new membership number, you will not be able to issue tickets or enter the venue on the day of the performance.
Please note that we cannot refund membership fees or ticket prices under any circumstances.
 
Q. I purchased multiple tickets through Bigeast fastest ticket pre-sale. Can I upgrade just one ticket to an "Upgrade Seat"?
A. For the upgrade by drawing lots application, you can only apply for the number of tickets purchased through Bigeast Fastest Ticket Pre-sale.
You cannot upgrade only a portion of the tickets.
 
Q. I am a wheelchair user. Can I apply for an upgraded seat?
A: Yes, you can apply.
If you are selected, you may be able to watch from an "upgraded seat" after confirming your seat. However, due to limited space, you will need to move from your wheelchair to the designated seat.
If you purchase an "upgrade seat," your companions who have also purchased tickets can watch from the same area.
Please note that this is not a designated seating area.
Seat changes cannot be made after the performance has started.
Please note that if the organizers determine that it is difficult to view the event from the "upgraded seats," you may be guided to a space reserved for people with disabilities.
If you would like to watch from a space reserved for the disabled, please inform the contact point for each performance after receiving your electronic ticket (AnyPASS).
 
Q. How many "Upgrade Seats" will be sold?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions regarding the number of tickets sold.
