"Bigeast Special EVENT ~Exchange of Thoughts~" to be held!!!
We will be holding a 20th anniversary "Thoughts Exchange" event in Tokyo and Osaka, where members will hand out cards with handwritten messages they want to convey to Bigeast members directly, and Bigeast members can write messages they want to convey to the members on cards and hand them out directly!
*The card given to you by the member will have a printed message written by the member in advance.
Now that they are celebrating their 20th anniversary, this event is filled with the desire to convey the thoughts they want to convey from the members to Bigeast and from Bigeast to members, creating the "best moment" and "unforgettable moment" for both the members and Bigeast.
A total of 200 people will be invited to this event by lottery!

A total of 200 people will be invited to a "Thoughts Exchange" event by lottery, where members will hand out cards containing messages they want to convey to Bigeast members directly, and Bigeast members can write messages they want to convey to the members on cards and hand them over to the members.
You can choose which members you would like to exchange messages with. When applying, please select the members you would like to exchange messages with.
Please write your message to the member on the card that will be given to you on the day and give it to the member directly.
All fan club members can apply for this event! We look forward to receiving your applications!

<Eligible members>
(1) All valid members of TVXQ OFFICIAL FANCLUB "Bigeast" MEMBERSHIP (JP)
*This also applies to those who join as new members during the application period.
(2) Those whose membership number is valid until the day of the event.
*If you are selected to attend the event, you will not be able to participate unless the fan club membership for the membership number you selected is valid until the day of the event. If your membership is about to expire by the day of the event, please be sure to complete the renewal procedure.
(3) Those who have photo ID on the day of the event
*To participate in this event, you will need to present a photo ID for identity verification. Please see below for acceptable forms of ID.
<About application>
Only one application per member.
*Please select the desired date and members when applying.
*You can change the information you entered during the application period. However, we cannot accept any changes after the deadline, so please check the application details carefully before applying.
* Details regarding the meeting time, meeting place, etc. on the day will be sent via email only to winners.
<Announcement of the winners>
Winners will be announced on Friday, February 7, 2025
*The announcement date is subject to change without notice.
*Only the winners will be contacted via the main email address registered on the fan club site.
*We are unable to answer inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.

<Notes>
・This offer is only available to those whose fan club membership for the selected membership number is valid until the day of the event they wish to attend.
・Please only apply if you can definitely participate and have sufficient time.
・Please refrain from applying if your plans for the day are unclear or if you are applying purely out of curiosity.
・If you cancel your participation after winning, whether in advance or on the day, we may refuse you participation in future events etc. that will be announced by the fan club via lottery. We ask for your understanding.
・Only the winner can participate.
・Transferring or reselling to others (including relatives) is strictly prohibited.
・If any fraud is discovered, the winnings will be void.
・Recording, filming, or taking pictures with any equipment, including cameras and mobile phones, is prohibited. If such behavior is found, you will be asked to delete the recorded content and leave the venue, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Please follow the instructions and precautions given by staff on the day. If you do not follow the instructions, you may be refused participation.
・Transportation costs to the venue will be at your own expense.
・In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, illness or accidents of performers, transportation outages, or equipment malfunctions, the event may be canceled or postponed, or the date, time, or content may be changed at the discretion of the organizers. Please note that in such cases, the event cannot be rescheduled.
- Please refrain from engaging in any immoral behavior at or near the venue.
・Please note that there may be filming and photography on the day.
・Please note that we will not be able to accept any gifts at the venue on the day or letters other than message cards provided by the fan club.
・The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in your own care.
・Please cooperate by taking any trash you produce with you at the venue.
・Staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please only apply if you are able to accept this.
・The safety of our customers and artists is our number one priority, and for security reasons, we may conduct baggage inspections and temporarily store baggage.
・Security guards will be stationed within the venue and we will operate the event with the utmost care, but if you see any suspicious people or objects, please speak to a nearby security guard.
- We are not responsible for any problems or damages caused by incorrect information provided by the winner.
