In conjunction with the "TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~Z ONE ~", it has been decided that POP-UP STORES will be held in two cities, Tokyo and Osaka!
In addition to selling official merchandise from the national tour and original POP-UP STORE goods, there will also be a panel exhibition and a display of costumes worn by the band members!

As a safety measure to avoid crowding due to customer concentration, admission will be restricted by advance reservation (by drawing lots) on certain dates when congestion is expected. ■ How to receive tickets
To collect your ticket, you will need a smartphone that supports the "AnyPASS" smartphone app.
Please download AnyPASS from the URL below and register (free of charge) in advance on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the Mobile Phone Number (AnyPASS issuance) section of your customer information.

* Once ticket issuance has begun, we will send you an email to the email address you registered on this site to inform you that ticket issuance has begun. Please download the app to the device with the mobile phone number you registered when applying to receive the email.
If you have downloaded the app in advance, you will receive a notification (if notification settings are turned on), so please check and receive your package.
*Events will not be displayed on AnyPASS until the ticket issuing start date for each event. Please check the ticket issuing start date on each reception page or application status confirmation page.
*Tickets can only be picked up on the device with the mobile phone number registered in the mobile phone number (AnyPASS ticket issuance) field of your customer information when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number registered at the time of application.)
You will not be able to pick up your tickets on devices with other mobile phone numbers, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the event.
*There is no problem with changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number. However, if you have already issued a ticket (after displaying My Events), you will need to complete the transfer procedure in the AnyPASS app.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will have with you on the day of the event.
*You can share tickets with your accompanying persons using AnyPASS.
If you do not use the distribution function, the representative (applicant) and accompanying persons will be allowed to enter together. If the representative (applicant) and accompanying persons arrive separately, please be sure to use the distribution function.
When the accompanying person receives the ticket, the accompanying person must also download AnyPASS and register for use (free).
When applying, please make sure that you have a smartphone that is equipped with the following compatible OS and is capable of SMS authentication.
Please note that tickets purchased by applicants cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.

■What is SMS authentication?
SMS authentication (login with mobile phone number) is a mechanism for personal authentication using SMS (Short Message Service).

*The ticket issuing start date varies depending on the event date, so please check the application site.

■ Flow of admission ■
①Please make sure to register for AnyPASS and issue your ticket in advance.
②On the day of the performance, scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone.
③Check the ticket you wish to use and press the "Enter" button.
④Present your digital ticket screen to the attendant at the entrance.
*On days other than the days for which advance reservations are available, please come directly to the store. We will serve you in order of arrival.
*Please note that if the venue becomes crowded after opening time on dates other than those for which advance reservations are available, numbered tickets may be distributed near the venue entrance without prior notice.
*Waiting or lining up near the venue from late at night or early in the morning is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.
*Only one person can enter with one admission ticket. If you are entering with more than one person, please make sure that the person you are accompanying comes with you.
*Preschool children do not need to make a reservation in advance. Please make sure they are accompanied by an adult when entering.
■ POP-UP STORE Notices

・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, or if you have a family member with similar symptoms, please refrain from making a reservation or attending the event.
・If you are found to have a fever (37.5℃ or higher) during the temperature check, you will be refused entry. If you do not feel well after entering the store, please speak to a nearby staff member.
・In order to avoid overcrowding within the venue, staff will guide you through the entrance process in order. Please follow the instructions of staff on the day.

・All product prices include tax.
・Please be sure to immediately check the product, size, quantity, and change you have purchased in the sales floor.
・We cannot accept exchanges or complaints regarding defective products after items have left the sales floor.
・We will not be able to exchange any products for defects that occur due to failure to follow the instruction manual, so please be sure to read the instruction manual before using the product.
・We do not accept reservations.
・We do not accept orders over the phone.
・All products are available in limited quantities. We apologize if they are sold out.
