Those who meet the following three conditions are eligible to apply.
① TOHOSHINKI Official Fan Club "Bigeast" members
今回のチケット受付は、受付締め切り日の2023年9月28日(木)までにファンクラブにご入会(=ご入金)いただき会員番号が発行された方が対象となります。入会後、締め切り時間までにチケットお申し込みまで完了する必要がございますので、これから新規でご入会される方は受付期間中に余裕を持ってお手続きください。
② Those with valid membership numbers who have registered by the day of the event
There will be a membership verification upon admission on the event day, so please make sure to renew your membership if your expiration date will come before the event day.
③ Those who can bring the identification listed below on the day of the event
Please be sure to have a valid ID ready by the day of the event.
[Notes on the expiration date of the fan club]
If you won a ticket, the membership number you used when applying for the ticket must be valid as of the day of the performance.
If your expiration date comes before the day of the event, please make sure to renew your membership (i.e., make a deposit).
In the unlikely event that the membership number under which the ticket was won has expired, admission will be denied even if you bring a membership card with a different membership number or a new membership number.
In addition, please note that refunds will not be provided in such cases.

[Notes on admission]
On the day of the fan club event, your membership card with the membership number with which you purchased your ticket and your ID are required for admission. Please see below for valid forms of identification.
If you are a new member and have not received your membership card in time, or if you have lost your membership card, your digital membership card will be used to authenticate your membership. Please present your digital membership card while logged in to the website at the time of admission.
Captured and printed membership cards are not acceptable.
■ The following are acceptable forms of identification.
*Please note that any items other than those listed below will not be accepted.
● No copies nor expired documents will be accepted.
One piece of ID with a face photo
○ Passport
○ Driver's license
○ Basic Resident Register Card with face photo
○ Special Permanent Resident Certificate or Residence Card
○ Disability certificate
○ Credit card with face photo
○ My Number Card (Individual number card) *Notification cards are not accepted.
* Even if you have a photo of your face, your employee ID and student ID will be invalid.
If you do not have a photo ID listed above, please bring any two of the following IDs.
*Handwritten documents are not allowed.

○ Pension notebook
○ Resident's card
○ My Number notification card
○ Cash card
Persons who do not have the above identification cards or who cannot be identified will not be admitted.

★ Precautions when visiting ★
◆令和5年5月8日をもって、政府による「新型コロナウイルス感染症対策の基本的対処方針」が廃止となったため、ガイドライン廃止以降の公演における感染対策については、お客様自身の体調や生活環境に合わせて、個人の判断で実施いただきますようお願いいたします。
政府より、自主的な感染対策の参考として「感染対策インフォメーション」が公開されておりますのでご参照ください。
但し、下記の注意事項は引き続きお守りいただきますようご協力をお願いいたします。
・マスク着用に関しては個人のご判断とさせていただきます。なお、公演中においては、咳エチケットなど、周りのお客様にご配慮くださいますようご協力をお願いいたします。
・公演中はご自身の席でお立ちになってのご観覧、またはお座りになってのご観覧でお願いいたします。お席を離れたり、前に駆け寄ったり、身を乗り出す等の行為は禁止とさせていただきます。
・終演後は出口の密集を避けるため規制退場を行いますので係員の指示があるまでお座りのままお待ちください。
・各公演当日には、会場内でのアナウンスを再度ご確認ください。

■ Initiatives for this performance ■
● We will make every effort to ensure the health of all performance-related personnel by encouraging them to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their hands.
● We will ensure a sufficient distance between the stage and the audience.
● Smoking areas in the venue will be closed after the show.
● Bringing in alcoholic beverages, consuming alcoholic beverages in the venue, or being under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
● For concert merchandise and CD/DVD/Blu-ray sales, we recommend purchasing online through the various official websites.
● We ask that pregnant women, those who are expected to become pregnant, those with pre-existing or underlying medical conditions, and those who have difficulty acting alone, etc., consider coming to the event based on their own judgment, putting the safety of themselves and those involved in their care first.
● We do not accept gifts, congratulatory flowers, stand flowers, letters, etc. for the performers. Please note that we will not accept any gifts delivered to the venue or directly to the members or staff.
● We prohibit any cheering activities outside or inside the venue, as they may interfere with the operation of the performance.
■ Requests to those who attend ■
● We ask that all attendees frequently sanitize their hands by themselves.
● We ask for your cooperation in observing cough etiquette when other audience members are present in the venue or outside the venue, etc.
● Please be advised that staff members will speak to those who appear to be in poor physical condition. Also, please be advised that depending on the situation, you may not be allowed to enter the venue.
