・ I would like to ask about the waiting line at the venue. Please refrain from lining up from midnight or early morning as it may cause inconvenience to nearby facilities. Spontaneously created columns and columns created in different locations will be invalid, and only columns formed by the organizer will be valid. We are not responsible for invalid columns.
In addition, we are not responsible for any troubles between customers.
It is strictly forbidden to take a place in various waiting lines with luggage, posters, etc.

■ About Bigeast limited goods
・ The quantity that can be sold for each performance day is limited. Please note that it will end as soon as it runs out.
・ Member authentication will be conducted at the venue. If you have forgotten your membership card, please display and present your digital membership card from the Bigeast fan club site. Capturing is not possible, so please be sure to log in on the day of the display. Those who do not have either a membership card or a digital membership card cannot purchase fan club goods at the venue. Please use the Bigeast Official Shop.
・ Please note that you will not be able to purchase if the fan club has expired.
・ Customers who have joined or continued to join the fan club at the venue on the day of the event should present their membership receipt and continuation receipt. Receipts for procedures made at other venues cannot be used.
 
■ About digital membership card
・ To display your digital membership card, you will need your membership number and password registered with Bigeast.
・ Please note that you cannot forget your membership number or password at the venue on the day of the event.
