▼ Ticket refund method information
■ Customers who purchased Bigeast first (first and second)
Within each period, please follow the procedure below to make a refund yourself.
* Please read the notes carefully to the end so that you can complete the refund process smoothly.
* If you do not wish to receive a refund, you do not need to do anything.
STEP1. Please perform [Application for Refund Request].
[Refund request period: June 11, 2020 (Thursday) 15:00 to June 18, 2020 (Thursday) 23:59]
Please make a "refund application" from the application status confirmation page within the application period for refund request.
* The "Refund Request" form will be displayed from [June 11 (Thursday) 15:00].
[Notes]
* If you request a refund, your ticket will become invalid.
* The refund application cannot be canceled after the application.
* The ticketing and shipping schedule has been changed, but the original ticket is not required for the refund procedure.
* Refund will be refunded for each [order number]. Please note that we cannot accept refunds with a limited number of cards, such as 1 out of 2.
* Refund procedures will not be possible after 6/18 (Thurs.), so be sure to apply within the period if you wish.
* Refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the item.

STEP2. Register the bank account to receive the refund.

We will send an account registration start email to the applicants on June 22 (Monday).

From July 21, 2020 (Tuesday), remittance to the account registered in STEP 2 will begin sequentially.
