■ About admission on the day ■
[Caution / Must Read !!!]-Notice and Request Regarding Countermeasures against Unauthorized Ticket Transfer and Resale-
Paper ticketless will be adopted to prevent illegal transfer of tickets and resale.
(* The "price payment certificate" given by Lawson when depositing is not an event ticket.)
The seat number will be issued at the venue on the day of the performance, so the seat cannot be confirmed until that day.
In addition, please present your ID card with photo and bring it with you on the day of the performance.

○ Passport (expired invalid)
* Even if you have a photo ID, if you do not have an address, please bring an official ID with your address.
○ Driver's license (invalid expired)
○ Basic Resident Register card with photo
○ Resident card
○ Disability certificate (with photo)
○ Credit card with face photo
○ Student ID
* Only with face photo, handwritten name is not allowed.
＜ What is not accepted as an ID ＞
○ MUSIC NATION SMTOWN PASSPORT
○ Health insurance card
○ Copy of family register copy, resident's card
○ Taspo
○ Employee ID
○ Student ID (no face photo, handwritten name)
○ Public bill payment certificate
In addition, if the customer who has applied for the tour is different, admission will be refused.
Only the person who has been elected can participate. Please note that no transfer is allowed.
* If your ID and membership registration information are different, even if your ID is public, your ticket will be issued after confirmation of your identity, so it may take time. Please be forewarned.
(Example: Passport name is written in English, member registration information is Japanese, etc.)
Even if it is a photo ID, if there is no address, you may be asked to confirm the official ID with the address.
We ask that you bring it with you.
[Flow until admission]
(1) Please show your fan club membership card and photo ID to the staff to confirm your identity.
* Be sure to follow the staff's instructions at the venue.
(2) If you are able to confirm that you are the person, you will receive a fan club membership card and an attendant will be placed over the dedicated terminal.
You will receive a form with seat information and a fan club membership card.
(3) Please bring the form with the seat information issued and enter at the venue.
* Seat information will not be reissued, so be sure to bring it carefully until the end of the show.
[Precautions for visitors]
・ Admission must be within the membership period until the end of April.
As agreed at the time of application, you will not be able to enter if the continuation period expires. Also, refunds are not possible.
In the following cases, entry to the venue itself is strictly prohibited.
・ If you do not bring your fan club membership card
・ If you did not bring your photo ID
・ If you have a photo ID that has been transferred, resold, loaned, granted or forged
・ If you cannot verify your identity
・ When the consent of the customer cannot be obtained for the intention of the organizer
In addition, admission is refused if the customer who applied and the visitor are different.
・ Please refrain from entering with uniforms.
