[Regarding advance reservations for merchandise purchase tickets]
To alleviate congestion, Nissan Stadium will be implementing a pre-reservation system using AnyPASS's "Merchandise Purchase Ticket" system.
Reservations are handled separately for "Premium Seats (including Super Premium Seats)" and "General Admission," so please check your ticket type before making your selection.

■Time slots available for advance reservations (same for both days)
Merchandise purchase tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis with designated time slots.
The event will end once the allocated number of tickets for each time slot (every 30 minutes) has been reached.

■Notes regarding reservations for merchandise purchase tickets
*Those with premium seats (including super premium seats) can use the general merchandise sales area, but those with tickets other than premium seats cannot use the premium seat-only merchandise sales area.
*The numbered tickets for premium seats are only valid for those who have a Super Premium Seat or Premium Seat ticket for the day of the performance. Please apply for the same date as the performance on your ticket.
*Each merchandise purchase ticket is valid for one person only.
*If you have a premium seat ticket, you can reserve a "premium exclusive merchandise ticket" for the same day as your ticket.

*Each merchandise purchase ticket is valid for one person only.
*Each person may reserve one numbered ticket for purchasing merchandise per day.
*The person purchasing the merchandise must apply for a numbered ticket themselves.
*Reservations are not required for preschool-aged children. Please ensure they are accompanied by a guardian.
*Merchandise sales are available without prior reservation from 3:00 PM on both days.
*If you do not have a ticket, please make a reservation through "General Reservation".
*Please refrain from cutting in line (cutting in line) during free entry, as this will inconvenience other customers. We cannot be held responsible for any disputes between customers.
*If you are unable to display your numbered ticket on "AnyPASS," your ticket will be invalid.
*Tickets can only be received on the mobile phone number registered in the customer information (AnyPASS ticketing) field when you applied. (Ticket information is linked to the mobile phone number used at the time of purchase.) You will not be able to receive tickets on any other mobile phone number, so please do not change or cancel your mobile phone number until the day of the performance. Changing your phone model while keeping the same phone number is not a problem.
*Please be sure to enter the mobile phone number of the smartphone you will be using on the day of the performance.
*After completing your application, it will take approximately 15 minutes for your numbered ticket to become available on the AnyPASS app. Once it becomes available, we will send you an email notification to the email address you registered when applying for the numbered ticket.

■Regarding purchase limits for each item at the venue
To allow as many customers as possible to purchase our products, we will be limiting the number of items that can be purchased per customer.
The maximum number of items you can purchase in a single transaction is as follows. Please be aware of this in advance.

■Notes regarding merchandise purchases at the venue
*Please arrive at the merchandise booth 20 minutes before each time slot.
*The numbered ticket for purchasing merchandise is only valid for the designated time slot on the day of purchase. Please follow the instructions of the staff when lining up.
*Please note that even if you have a merchandise purchase ticket, you may not be able to purchase items that have sold out due to sales conditions.
*Please note that the numbered ticket for merchandise purchase does not Yakusoku the purchase of any items. Depending on the situation on the day, items may sell out.
*Once a merchandise purchase ticket has been used, it cannot be reused.
*We will not reissue numbered tickets for merchandise purchases.
*Resale or transfer of merchandise purchase tickets is strictly prohibited.
*The start time for on-site sales may change depending on the crowd situation on the day.
*Staying up all night or gathering late at night at the venue or surrounding area is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors. In addition, if any nuisance behavior is discovered, you may not be able to purchase products at the discretion of the event organizers.
*When lining up at the merchandise sales area, please cooperate by following the instructions of the on-site staff.
*Please note that we cannot respond to any complaints, reports, or inquiries made after you have left the sales area.
*If you wish to exchange a defective product, please be sure to bring your receipt or invoice. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for any reason if you cannot provide a receipt or invoice.
Furthermore, returns and exchanges are only accepted for products with initial defects. We cannot exchange products for defects caused by not following the instructions for use, so please be sure to read the product instructions carefully before use.
*Please note that the quantity of each item available for sale is limited for each performance date. Sales will end once all items are sold out.
*Please be sure to check the items, sizes, quantities, and change you received at the time of purchase.

For those who purchase ¥5,000 (tax included) or more worth of merchandise at the Nissan Stadium venue, a message and signature from the members will be printed on your receipt!

 

*The receipt message will be randomly printed with either Yunho version or Changmin version. You cannot choose the design.
*CDs/DVDs are not included.
*Benefits will be awarded based on the purchase amount of a single transaction. We cannot combine receipts to qualify for benefits.
