The merchandise sales booth at the venue will be

There are two types:
*If you wish to pick up your goods at the venue, you will need to purchase them in advance through the SMTOWN LIVE GOODS app.
*Even if you do not have a performance ticket on the day, you can still purchase merchandise at the venue.
*Please cooperate by keeping the number of people using the facility small, and only those who purchase tickets are allowed.

*The "Official GOODS Pickup at the Venue" booth will close at the start of each performance.
*Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible for "venue pickup."
*Doors opening/performance start times are subject to change.

*Please be sure to check the product, size, quantity, and change you have purchased on the spot. Please note that we cannot respond to any declarations or inquiries made after you have left the sales floor or at a later date.
*After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. If you wish to exchange a defective product purchased at the venue, please be sure to bring your receipt. If you do not have your receipt, we will not be able to exchange it, so please be sure to keep it.
