There was an editing error in the bonus footage (LIVE DIGEST @ YOKOHAMA ARENA) of the LIVE DVD & Blu-ray "TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~Z ONE ~" [First Press Limited Edition] (AVBK-43548~51 / AVXK-43552~4) released on Wednesday, August 20th.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to everyone due to the oversight during production.

Regarding this matter, for customers who wish to exchange the product for a good one, we will handle the exchange as follows.

<How to exchange for a good DISC >
We will exchange it for a good "DISC" by mail.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send only one copy of the applicable "DISC-3" and a note with your postal code, address (if you live in an apartment building, please be sure to include the name of your apartment/condominium and room number), name, and phone number to the address below, cash on delivery.
When sending, please put it in an envelope.
Good quality "DISC" are scheduled to be shipped sequentially from early November.
When shipping, please send only one DISC: "DISC-3" for AVBK-43548 to 51 and "DISC-3" for AVXK-43552 to 4.

Please enclose a note with your postal code, address (if you live in an apartment complex, please be sure to write down the name of your apartment/mansion and room number), name, and phone number in the envelope, and then receive a "Yu-Packet label" at the post office counter and fill in the necessary information (name, postal code, address).
Please send by cash on delivery to the above address.
If you are dropping it off at a post office counter, please tell them you would like to send it cash on delivery.

If you are dropping off in a mailbox, please receive a "Yu-Packet label" at the post office counter, fill in the necessary information, and then write "Cash on Delivery" in large red letters on the front of the envelope before dropping it off.
