Request to everyone attending "TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~Z ONE ~"

Regarding the holding of "TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~Z ONE ~", we would like to ask for your cooperation and provide some points to note regarding concert etiquette.
To ensure that everyone attending can enjoy "TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~Z ONE ~", please observe the following:

[About arrival time and entrance gate]
For "TOHOSHINKI 20th Anniversary LIVE TOUR ~Z ONE ~", congestion is expected to occur at the venue's merchandise area and entrance 30 minutes before the start of the show.
Depending on how busy the venue is during opening, the line to the entrance may be long and it may take a long time to get in, so you may not be able to be seated in time for the performance to begin. The entrance is expected to be particularly busy 30 minutes or so before the start of the performance, so please give yourself plenty of time and arrive early.
Seat numbers will be announced at 12:00 (noon) on the day of each performance. Please check the venue on the day for detailed seating information.

Also, for customers who plan to purchase goods at the venue, we would like to ask you to arrive earlier than the opening time that we have informed you of, as this will enable you to enter the venue smoothly if you arrive earlier than the opening time.
All attendees will be guided to the venue in the same manner when entering. Therefore, please note that we cannot be held responsible under any circumstances if you arrive just before the start of a performance and are unable to make it in time for the start of the performance.

[Regarding bringing support goods to the tour venue:
As a general rule, customers are prohibited from bringing in cheering goods (penlights, flags, letter boards, etc.), regardless of whether they are homemade or commercially available.
However, they may be brought into the venue only if they meet the following conditions:
(1) Official merchandise sold at TOHOSHINKI 's concert venues in Japan and at their concerts in Korea
(2) A fan that can be held in the hand at chest height (fans that are too large are prohibited)

*Regarding (2), please refrain from holding the fan above chest height during the performance as it may cause inconvenience to the audience behind you. In addition, bringing in support goods using the portraits of artists is prohibited.

On the day of the performance, if you bring in any goods that do not meet the conditions for bringing them in, staff will keep them when you enter and return them to you after the performance.
Please use any items you are allowed to bring into the venue as long as they do not cause inconvenience to other customers.

Please note that if you do not abide by the above rules, the organizers may, at their discretion, restrict your entry or ask you to leave the event.

Additionally, some people have been producing, selling, and distributing goods that use the "TOHOSHINKI" logo or portraits of our artists without permission. These are not official goods, but illegal goods that infringe copyrights. Some people mistake these goods for official goods, so we ask that you refrain from producing, selling, distributing, or purchasing them.

[About photographing, recording, and filming]
It is prohibited by law to take photographs, record audio or video inside the venue when it is open or during a performance. If you take photographs, record audio or video, you will be asked to leave even if the performance is still in progress. In addition, we may disclose personal information if we receive a formal inquiry from a public institution such as a court or police station based on the law.
If you see someone violating the rules nearby, please notify a member of staff immediately. Please note that it may be difficult to respond if you inform staff after the show has ended.
Please follow the instructions of the staff. The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any confusion or accidents that occur as a result of not following the instructions. Cameras will be checked at the entrance on the day of the event. If you have a camera, please hand it over to the staff when you enter.
Additionally, there have been some unscrupulous vendors recently selling illegally taken photos outside the stadium and around train stations. These products are illegal and do not have official permission, so we ask fans not to purchase them. As the organizers, we are taking measures such as reporting these to the police, but as long as there are people who purchase these products, we cannot completely prevent illegal activity, so we ask for your cooperation.

[Regarding customer-specific support projects]
We have seen cases where customers are calling for their own planning within the event.
Please refrain from doing so under any circumstances as it may disrupt the performance.
Please note that if the situation is extremely severe, the performance may be temporarily suspended or canceled.

*Please note that if the above precautions are not observed, the person may be asked to leave the venue or may be prohibited from entering the venue. Even if you are not a party to the event, we will take the same measures against the person who originally purchased the seat.

[Prohibition of following and waiting for performers]
- Prohibition of chasing others by public transport, car or motorbike
Chasing members' cars etc. may result in accidents involving other customers. It is also very nuisance, so please refrain from doing so under any circumstances.

Waiting at public transport or facilities (airports, hotels, etc.) is prohibited
Waiting for the members at public transport facilities such as airports or hotels or at various facilities may result in accidents involving general customers who are not related to the members. This is also a major inconvenience, so please refrain from doing so.

The enthusiasm of each and every participant contributes to the success of the event.
We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.
