For "TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2023 ~CLASSYC~", congestion is expected to occur in the sales area and at the entrance gate 30 minutes before the show starts.
Depending on the congestion during the opening, the line to the entrance may become long and it may take time to enter the venue, so you may not be able to take your seat before the show starts. We recommend that you arrive at the venue as early as possible to allow enough time for your visit.
Please start the AnyPASS app and display the QR before coming to the entrance, and proceed to the reception desk without closing the screen. Please note that if you switch to another screen, the app will be reloaded.
Please note that you will not be able to enter the venue if you have not yet distributed the app. If you have purchased multiple tickets, please distribute the tickets to your companions in advance. (Once the distribution is completed, the performance will be displayed in the My Events section of the companion's AnyPASS.)
Seat numbers will be announced at the door on the day of the performance.
Please note that signal quality may be poor in the venue due to congestion. We recommend that you save your seat number by taking a screenshot or other means upon entering the venue.

If you plan to purchase merchandise at the venue, please arrive earlier than the announced opening time to ensure smooth entry to the venue. We ask for your cooperation in arriving at the venue earlier than the announced opening time.
Please note that we will guide all visitors to the venue in the same way. We will not be responsible for any situation in which you arrive just before the show starts and miss the start time.

Some people have made, sold, or distributed merchandise using the TOHOSHINKI logo or portraits of artists without permission. This is not official merchandise and is an illegal infringement of copyright. Please do not produce, sell, distribute, or purchase these goods, as some people may mistake them for official goods.

It is prohibited by law to photograph, record, or videotape the opening of the venue or the performance. On the day of the event, cameras will be checked at the entrance. If you have a camera, please leave it with the attendant upon entering the venue.
In addition, there are some malicious vendors who have recently been selling photos taken with illegal cameras outside the venue and around the station. These products are illegal and have not been authorized by the official authorities. The organizer is taking measures such as reporting the matter to the police, but as long as there are people purchasing these products, we are unable to prevent illegal activities.
