"SMTOWN LIVE 2022: SMCU EXPRESS @ TOKYO", which was decided to be held at Tokyo Dome for the first time in three years, can be used for general sales and "venue pick-up" for pre-order goods at the venue.
If you are thinking of picking up at the venue, please read the details below and don't forget to apply!

August 27th (Sat) venue receipt: August 22nd, 2022 (Mon) 18:00 to August 27th, 2022 (Sat) 17:30
August 28th (Sun) venue receipt: August 22nd, 2022 (Monday) 18:00 to August 28th, 2022 (Sunday) 15:30
August 29th (Monday) venue receipt: August 22nd, 2022 (Monday) 18:00 to August 29th, 2022 (Monday) 17:00
 
* There is an upper limit to the application time frame. If the maximum number is reached, the reception will be closed even during the reception period.
*Customers who participate in the concert on the day should check the start time and apply for the early pick-up time frame.

* There is a purchase limit of up to 3 items per transaction (excluding random items).
* There is a purchase limit of 9 random pin badges (9 types in total) per transaction.
*Please note that you cannot choose the type of random item. We cannot guarantee that the same type of product will be exchanged as we will randomly hand over defective products.

[Venue pick-up application method]
① Put all the goods purchased on the venue reception application special site into the cart.
② Select the desired date and time to receive at the venue.
③ Select a payment method.
④ After completing the application, check the "goods pre-purchase exchange ticket" from My Page.

[Information on the day]

① Please check the "goods pre-purchase exchange ticket" from My Page, and come to the special sales tent in front of Tokyo Dome 22 Gate (on the right side) by the stated reception start time.
*Different from general sales tents.
②Prepare the QR code of the numbered ticket from My Page and present it to the staff at the goods reception counter. The staff will hand over the purchased goods.

[If you can't receive the goods within the reception time at the venue]
  • Receipt outside pre-registration hours
事前に申込した時間内に東京ドームで受取が出来ない場合、当日中の受取終了時間までに、東京ドーム22ゲート前 物販特設テント(向かって右側)「事前購入グッズ受取窓口」にてお受け取りをお願いします。
 
※整理券指定受取時間外の受取につきましては、窓口の状況によりお待たせする場合もございます。
※出来る限り「グッズ受取整理券」記載のお時間にお越し下さいますようご協力お願いいたします。
 
②配送での受取
当日中に東京ドームでのグッズ受取が出来なかった場合、配送にてご購入時にご登録頂いたご住所へ郵送いたします。
※当日の会場受取時間締切後、グッズご購入時にご登録頂いたメールアドレス宛に、「配送切替のご案内」を送付致します。
※配送切替の際に「配送料 ¥770(全国一律)」をオンライン決済頂き、お手続きをお願い致します。
※配送切替の方法については、送付するメールに記載しております。
 
※会場受取時間を過ぎた場合でも、ご購入頂いたグッズはお客様のご都合による返品/キャンセル/交換は一切お断りしております。
※会場でお受け取り後、商品やサイズ、数量は必ずその場でご確認をお願いいたします。売場を離れた後の申告、後日のお問い合わせにはご対応出来かねますので、予めご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。
※会場でご購入いただいた商品の不良交換をご希望される場合は、当日中(商品受け渡し終了時刻まで)に会場受取現場スタッフにお申し付けください。
