Please follow the procedure below to complete the refund procedure yourself.
* Please read carefully to the end, including notes, so that the refund procedure can be completed smoothly.
* If you do not wish to receive a refund, no procedure is required.
* No ticket is required for refund procedure.

STEP1. Please apply for a refund.

Please apply for a refund from the application status confirmation page within the refund application period.

* "Refund application" will be displayed when the refund application starts.
Please be sure to apply within the application period as it will be hidden outside the application period and you will not be able to complete the procedure.

[Precautions]
* If you apply for a refund, your ticket will be invalid.
* Refund application cannot be canceled after application.
* Refunds will be made for each [Order Number]. Please note that we cannot accept refunds for a limited number of sheets, such as 1 out of 2.
* Refund procedures will not be possible after the application period.
* If you have purchased multiple performances, please apply for a refund for each performance for which you wish to receive a refund.



STEP2. Register a bank account to receive refunds.

* Please register a receiving account for each ticket application for refund.
* When registering an account, be sure to check the information such as [branch name], [account name], and [account number] in your passbook before entering.
* Please make a note of the registered account information by yourself so that you do not forget it.
* "Receiving account registration" will be displayed when the account registration starts.

STEP3. We will send the money to the registered bank account.

Remittance will start in sequence to the account registered in STEP2.
Please check the refund by yourself in the bookkeeping etc.

* Depending on the financial institution, it may take some time before the money is sent.
* If there is an error in the registered account, no refund will be given.
