" TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR-XV-Additional performance" April 25th (Sat) and 26th (Sun), 2020 Tokyo Dome performance is being postponed, and the possibility of holding a transfer performance is currently being adjusted.

It will take a little longer to announce the transfer performance schedule, so
For customers who wish to refund their tickets at this time, we will provide refunds as a primary measure.
Those who wish to receive the primary refund this time will lose the ticket rights of the performance when the transfer performance is decided.
Please confirm the refund method below and complete the procedure.

The schedule may not be adjusted, so it may be a different venue or may be canceled. Please note.
As soon as the transfer performance schedule is ready, we will announce it on the TOHOSHINKI official website.

After deciding whether or not the transfer performance will be held, we will set the secondary refund period again.

▼ Ticket refund method information
The ticket refund method and the refund acceptance period differ depending on the play guide, so please check the following for each play guide purchased.
We do not accept requests outside the refund period, so be sure to complete the procedure within the refund period.

Customers who have purchased Bigeast 6th year or more members only with Super Premium Seat precedence / Bigeast precedence (1st / 2nd)
Within each period, please follow the procedure below to make a refund yourself.

* If you do not wish to receive a refund, you do not need to do anything.

STEP1. Please perform [Application for Refund Request].

Please make a "refund application" from the application status confirmation page within the application period for refund request.
* The "Refund Request" form will be displayed from [June 11 (Thursday) 15:00].

[Notes]
* If you request a refund, your ticket will become invalid.
* The refund application cannot be canceled after the application.
* The ticketing and shipping schedule has been changed, but the original ticket is not required for the refund procedure.
* Refund will be refunded for each [order number]. Please note that we cannot accept refunds with a limited number of cards, such as 1 out of 2.
* Refund procedures will not be possible after 6/18 (Thurs.), so be sure to apply within the period if you wish.
* Refunds will only be made to the person who purchased the item.



STEP2. Register the bank account to receive the refund.
[Account registration period: Monday, June 22, 2020, 15:00 to Monday, July 6, 23:59]

[For those who have applied for a refund] Please be sure to perform "Account Registration" from the application status confirmation page within the registration period in order to receive a refund.
We will send an account registration start email to the applicants on June 22 (Monday).

[Notes]
* No refund will be given if account registration is not completed within the period.
* When registering an account, be sure to check the information such as [branch name], [account name], and [account number] in your bankbook before entering.



STEP3. We will send money to the bank account you registered.
[Starting remittance: July 21, 2020 (Tuesday)]
From July 21, 2020 (Tuesday), remittance to the account registered in STEP 2 will begin sequentially.
Please check the booklet for refunds.

[Notes]
* Depending on the financial institution, it may take some time before the money is transferred.
* If the registered account is incorrect, no refund will be given.
In that case, you will need to register your account again, and it will take about one month to transfer the money.
In that case, please note that the re-procedure fee (550 yen / case) will be deducted.

With your ticket and various commission tickets, we will refund at LAWSON and Ministop stores near you.
Please bring your ticket to LAWSON and Ministop stores within the above refund period and proceed with the refund procedure at Loppi installed in the store. If you have not issued a ticket yet, sorry to trouble you, but please issue a ticket once at LAWSON Ministop refund at Loppi again.
* "Ticket" is required for refund. Please be sure to issue the ticket and perform the refund procedure.
* Refunds cannot be made outside the period. After the deadline, no refund will be possible.
