We will inform you about the use of wheelchair space and attendant for " TOHOSHINKI LIVE TOUR 2019 -XV-", which will start on November 9.
If you would like to view the show in a wheelchair-only space, please notify the ticket counter after the performance ticket has arrived. Those who have contacted us will also be confirmed at the venue on the day and will be guided. Please note that advance declarations are for the preparation of space and are not reservations. Wheelchair booths at the venue are limited and may not be available to meet your needs. Please note.

◆ If you originally have tickets on the arena, you will be guided to the arena wheelchair space, and if you are on the stand, you will be guided to the stand wheelchair space.
In addition, even after conducting the above confirmation, the booths for wheelchairs at the venue are limited and may not meet your needs. Please note.
◆ Even if there is a caregiver, you may be able to view it side by side with a wheelchair due to space limitations.
◆ Please be aware that you may be able to view your own seat after checking at the venue on the day.
◆ Please note that only one guide is usually provided for those who are inconvenient unless they are together. (However, the attendant must have a ticket.)
◆ Wheelchairs are not available for rent.
◆ If you have a certificate of the physically handicapped (one kind) or a nursing notebook (one kind), if you can bring it on the day, we will be able to provide smooth guidance as before, so we recommend that you bring it.
◆ If you are in a wheelchair, please speak to the entrance staff. We will guide you to the space where the staff can see.
