A mellow milk mutton based on white candy is wrapped in Amaou savory balm kuchen and finished in a bite size that is easy to eat. Milk yokan uses luxurious milk and whipped cream, and Baumkuchen uses Fukuoka Prefecture Amaou mochi to create a sweet and sour moist dough.
