・ Credit cards may not be accepted depending on the communication situation at the venue.
 
■ About Bigeast limited goods
・ The quantity that can be sold on each performance day is limited. Please note that it will end as soon as it is gone.
・ Authenticate using the IC function of the membership card. If you have forgotten your membership card, please download and present your digital membership card from the Bigeast fan club site. If you do not have a membership card or digital membership card, you cannot purchase fan club goods at the venue. Please use the Bigeast Official Shop.
・ Please note that you cannot purchase an expiry date.
・ Customers who are enrolled and continued at the venue will be required to present an enrollment receipt and a continuation receipt.
 
■ Digital membership card
・ To display your digital membership card, you will need your membership number and password registered with Bigeast.
・ Please note that you cannot forget your membership number or password at the venue.
Also, login screens, registration completion emails, and email magazines cannot be used at all.
