Q. How to enter?
A. Please enter from the gate written on your ticket.
Seats will be shown on the day. Please be sure to bring your ticket and come to the venue.
Many customers will be there on the day.
When the performance time is near, the area near the entrance becomes very crowded and it takes time to enter.
Also, since the venue is very large, there is a risk that it will start by the time you arrive at your seat.
The performance is scheduled for 17:00.
Please take your seat as soon as possible.

All seats are reserved. You cannot stand in the aisle / concourse.
Please enjoy it at the seat listed on the ticket.
* The passage is an emergency evacuation passage.

The entrance to the premium seat is the West Gate.
There is also a goods shop for premium seats at the West Gate.

A. After the live performance, the Arena seats will be deregulated.
Please follow the announcement at the venue after the performance.

A. Shin-Yokohama Park Located in the “Community Area” that is deployed in the first parking lot.
Shin-Yokohama Park first parking area is one-way street.
It is expected to be very crowded, so please come to the hotel after taking a meal and taking heat treatment measures yourself.
* The venue MAP will be released on the special website as soon as it is ready.
 
Q. Can I eat and drink in the audience seats?
A. ◎ No drinks or food other than water can be brought into the arena seats.
Please note that water bottles and my bottles are limited to water.
Please note that under the seat is natural turf, and food and drink other than water will adversely affect turf growth.
If you have any items that are prohibited to be brought in, they will be disposed of before you enter the venue, so there is a possibility that the entrance will be delayed, so please do not bring them in advance.

Q. Are there any places or shade tents where you can take a break?
A. There are some rest areas in the community area, but there is no space for all visitors to take a break.
Customers should be careful not to overdo their own health care for heat stroke, such as wearing clothes that can respond to sudden weather changes or hydration.
Access to the sports medical science center and pool facilities adjacent to the venue for concert visitors is prohibited.
Also, since the venue is very large, please come with shoes that you can usually wear and are easy to walk.
Especially in the arena seats, there are holes in the floor to protect the turf.
Walking with heels is difficult, so please refrain from visiting with heels.
 
Q. Are there coin lockers and cloakrooms?
A. There are no lockers or cloaks for concert visitors.
 
Q. Can I go by car?
A. It is expected that the surrounding roads will be very crowded on the day, so please visit us by public transport. In addition, parking violations and traffic jams in the surrounding area caused by cars picked up by concert visitors are a problem. Please refrain from such acts.
 
Q. Can I use an umbrella?
A. The use of umbrellas and parasols within the venue is strictly prohibited.
It is recommended to bring a kappa, raincoat, hat, etc.
We also recommend that you bring a trash bag that can hold all your luggage in case of sudden rain.
 
Q. What about lost tickets?
A. Please note that tickets will not be reissued due to lost or stolen tickets.

The venue is in the park.
There are also many park users other than concert visitors.
Please do not do anything other than the actual day, such as accumulating in the park.
Be sure to follow the staff's instructions so as not to bother ordinary customers.
